Here's a few goodies to get you started. Remember to always use the Grill Meister products listed in the quantities specified. Other than that...have fun and enjoy!
GRILL MEISTER GLAZED CHICKEN
Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper and McCormick's Old Bay Seasoning. Mix mustard, juice, olive oil and Worcestirshire together and spread on both sides of breasts. Place breasts in a pre-heated oven at 350F for 40 minutes. Left over glaze may be used for a sauce over rice or vegetables.
GRILL MEISTER POTATOES AND CARROTS
Place potatoes and carrots in 1-Quart sauce pan, add Spankin' Sauce and water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Serve with butter or Grill Meister Glaze (above).
GRILL MEISTER POT ROAST
4 -5lb.roast (beef, pork or venison)
2-lb. baby red potatoes, scrubbed and skinned
1-lb. small onion
7- carrots cut into three (3) sections
1-lb. small turnips
3- garlic cloves
Grill Meister Spankin' Sauce
Marinate roast in Spankin' Sauce for at least 6 hours. Pre-heat oven to 350F. Place roast in brown-in-bag, add remaining ingredients around roast in bag. Pour 1 cup Spankin' Sauce over roast and vegetables. Bake at 350F for 3-4 hours as desired.
GUNNERS GRILLED ASPARAGUS
Rub asparagus with olive oil, sprinkle with pepper and Old Bay. Place on grill and cook approximately three (3) minutes each side or until grill marks appear on asparagus.
GRILL MEISTER STIR FRY
Marinate chicken breasts in Spankin' Sauce for at least three (3) hours, and cut into strips. Slice peppers, squash and onions, add mushrooms and snow peas to make three (3) cups. Marinate vegetables in Spankin' Sauce for one (1) hour. Brown chicken in wok or on the grill, add vegetables and cook until done. Serve over rice. You may substitute any meat or seafood for the chicken.
GRILL MEISTER CHILI
Saute green pepper and onion in 2 Tbsp. butter. Place remaining ingredients in a 6QT. crock pot. Add sauteed green pepper and onion to crock pot. Cook on low until chili reaches desired thickness (overnight in a crock pot). For spicier chili add additional white pepper and chili powder.
GRILL MEISTER WINGS
Cut wings into sections and marinate in Spankin' Sauce for 5-6 hours. Place on baking sheet and bake at 425F for 30 minutes, then broil both sides until crispy. For spicier wings, place cooked wings in a container, add Louisianna Hot Sauce,, shake and serve
THE QUEBEN (A Grill Meister
Combine 2/3 Pork and 1/3 saurkraut and add Spank it Red sauce to taste. Heat and serve in pita pockets or on rolls. Add shredded pepper jack cheese if you desire.
