GRILL MEISTER HERB CRUSTED SALMON
Grill Meister Hot Mustard

Olive Oil
Fresh Salmon fillets cut into serving size portions
1-Cup fresh, finely chopped herbs (tarragon, basil, chives, cilantro, oregano, chervil, or any combination of your favorites)

Spread mustard on both sides of fillets and cover with herbs. Pre-heat iron skillet on hot grill. Add enough olive oil to thinly coat skillet.. Place salmon fillets fresh side down and brown. Turn fillets over, cover grill and allow to cook for approximately 5 minutes.


GUNNERS GRILLED SOFT CRABS
Soft Shell Crabs

Olive Oil
McCormick's Old BAy Seasoning
Black Pepper

Clean, rinse and pat dry soft shell crabs with a paper towel. Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper and Old Bay Seasoning on both sides. Cook on grill for approximately 3-5 minutes per side.


GRILL MEISTER CRAB CAKES
1-Lb. crab meat

1-Egg
1-Cup bread crumbs
1-Tbsp. Mayonnaise
3 or 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2-Tbsp. Grill Meister Hot Mustard
Pepper and McCormick's Old Bay Seasoning to taste.

Mix all ingredients together and form crab cakes. Brown on both sides in a broiler or fry.


GRILL MEISTER CRUSTED TUNA
Tuna Steaks

Grill Meister Hot Mustard
Whole black peppercorns (coarsely cracked)
Black Pepper

Spread mustard on both sides of tuna steaks and crust with black pepper. Cook on grill or in a grill pan to desired doneness.
